This bedroom is in the front of the home on the second floor and features a queen size bed, walk in closet and a smart TV.

This is the largest bedroom and is also located on of the second floor. This room has both a full sized bed and a twin bed with walk in closet and a smart TV. 

The first floor features a half bath for guests and visitors. It is located off the kitchen. 

The main bathroom has been completely updated with a new shower/tub, vanity and commode. 

Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and a variety of toilets are provided for our guests. 

The kitchen is a fully operational kitchen with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig and other assorted appliances. Other supplies provided include:

-Plates, bowls, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, and flatware

-Pots, pans, mixing bowls, etc.

-Dish towels, paper towels and cleaning supplies

There is a new washer and dryer set available for use in the well lit basement. A limited supply of laundry soap, fabric softener, bleach, etc is provided. 

The home is situated on a corner lot with a large side yard and backyard for grilling out. Relax on the bench swing on the front porch or enjoy cooking out on the grill in the backyard and back porch. Have a game of cornhole next to the house on Adams Street! . 

There is street parking in front of the home and on Adams Street. There is also off street parking in the St. Mary's parking lot behind the garage. Sorry, the garage is unavailable for use...that is our "other dock box".
